Amazon Luna is relatively inexpensive and offers several packages that will allow you to choose the games you’d like to play. If you are an Amazon Prime member, then there are games you can play completely free for a limited time. With its inexpensive price tag and ability to be played on almost any device you have, Amazon Luna may eventually take the gaming world by storm. Now that is enough about Luna, let’s talk about the reason you read this article in the first place, let’s talk about the best games to play on the platform!Learn more about Amazon Luna
Control is an action-adventure title that has you exploring unique environments. Control is probably one of the more visually appealing games on this list. You’ll enjoy this game’s unique combat style that will have you attacking enemies with cool abilities that are enhanced throughout the gameplay. This is a single-player game and one that is well deserving of an initial playthrough.
Devil May Cry 5
Slaying demons in the coolest way possible is what makes this series so popular. Devil May Cry 5’s combat is highly stylized, contains lots of action, and has an adventure that is sure to get hooked. This is one of the more combat-heavy games on this list, but I can assure you that this is one you’ll be glad you played.
One of the more surprising entries on this list is the Ubisoft titles. Ubisoft has its own channel that is available for $17.99, but it will add many popular Ubisoft games to your Amazon Luna library. Some of the more popular titles that are included are:
- Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Extraction
- FARCRY 6
- Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege
- Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla
- Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey
- Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands
- Watch Dogs: Legion
- Rider’s Republic
- Resident Evil 2 (Remake)
There are many other exciting titles from Ubisoft, but I couldn’t name them all. You can view all of the titles available, and learn more information about adding this channel to your Luna here.
If you were a fan of the classic Sonic games, or are a new gamer that wants to try something a little more retro, then look no further than Sonic Mania. This game blends a lot of the new with the old here. You can play Sonic just as you remember, but new bosses and challenges are thrown in to give this game a fresh feel. Sonic Mania can be enjoyed solo or with a friend via co-op.
The Yakuza Series
If you are looking for a much more story-driven game, then look no further than the Yakuza series. This long-running series is set in Japan and follows the popular Yazuka gang. This game will have you fighting your way through enemies, as you learn more about the world and explore. If you enjoy games like Grand Theft Auto, Control, or Tomb Raider, then Yakuza is one I recommend giving a try.
Hot Wheels Unleashed
I absolutely cannot wait to play Hot Wheels Unleashed! This is a video game that literally makes all of our childhood dreams come true. In Hot Wheels Unleashed, you drive the hot wheels toy cars on a variety of different tracks. This game isn’t all fun though, it will take skill in order to meet its many challenges. It’s available to play solo, via split-screen co-op, or you can compete online with other players.
Resident Evil: Biohazard
Resident Evil: Bio Hazard has won acclaim from both fans and critics alike. It’s actually a departure from the third-person style of gameplay the series is known for and instead opts to tell a suspenseful and frightening tale all in the first-person. If you are a fan of the horror genre, then this one you need to check out!
