Our Anime Nerd, Ash had the pleasure of reviewing the Beastars anime for you all. Beastars is a rather short series with only two seasons on Netflix, but it has a very entertaining story that is sure to draw you in after the first episode.
Part murder mystery, and part thriller, Beastars is an anime that has a much deeper story than you might expect. It explores many themes such as carnivores versus herbivores, and the different roles in the animal kingdom. All of these themes are done in a very mature and tasteful way and is one of the reasons this series is so recommended.
