When and Where to Watch

Obi-Wan Kenobi,” the all-new Disney limited series by Lucasfilm, is set to debut exclusively on Disney+ on May 25. After much anticipation, you’ll be able to see Ewan McGregor as Jedi Master, and even better, Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker, among other talented stars in what is going to be truly an exhilarating series. You’ll be able to catch all the action only on Disney+. 

Cast and Production 

The series has got an iconic cast that will blow you away. In this series, Hayden Christensen returns to play the role of the infamous Darth Vader. The cast is also joined by Joel Edgerton, an actor who needs no introduction, who has played many iconic roles. Also, valuable additions to the cast are Moses Ingram (Jolene from “The Queen’s Gambit”), Kumail Nanjiani (from “The Big Sick”), Indira Varma (Kiran from “Bride and Prejudice”), Sung Kang (from the Fast and Furious franchise), along with talented Bonnie Piesse, Rupert Friend, Benny Safdie, and Simone Kessell. The cast is diverse representing minorities too and also super talented and will be a great combination altogether.

The Story

Disney has mostly kept its lips sealed regarding “Obi-Wan Kenobi”, all we know is that the limited series starts ten years after the drastic events of “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith”, where Obi-Wan Kenobi suffered a horrendous defeat and betrayal by hands of his once-loyal companion and Jedi apprentice Anakin Skywalker, who turned to towards the dark side by becoming the nefarious Sith Lord Darth Vader.
